Early on in the chapters of Genesis, the story is told of the ruptured relationship between God & man … Seems what started out as pure happiness became disappointment.

The Prophet Zephaniah spoke about the wishes of the Godhead concerning man with these words: “He will rejoice over thee with joy … He will joy over thee with singing.” (3:17) In Acts 7: 48 we read: ” The Most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands.” Ep. 2:22 ” Ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit … [God-made us frail humans and gave us the capacity to experience his Holy Spirit] …

Have you ever thought of this simple fact? … GOD CREATED US FOR ‘HIS’ HAPPINESS … Look at God’s love and protection through the nation and people of Israel … And for sending His son to rescue all of the worlds that wants to be rescued …

God does not like the fact that we have rejected Him. And it is actually hard to believe that man is so important to God’s happiness … ( Perhaps we will know more when we get to the other side) … all will be revealed during the 1000 yr reign of Christ.

2 Chr. 16: 9: “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is ‘perfect’ toward Him”… (the word ‘perfect’ in Hebrew means ‘mature’, so don’t feel that you have to be perfect in the English meaning of the word) if we want truth … we must seek it … 7otherwise “Sleep on sweet Charlotte.”

Make no mistake … God is profoundly affected by our rebellion against Him … Seems mankind in general has not respected the privilege of fellowship with God … Ecc 9:3 “Madness is in their heart while they live.”… ( referring to us) … rebellion against a God that is our very life-giver …

Sin came into the world and began the rupture between God and man … Man being defiled, could no longer be in communion with God, and continue in a God-consciousness … I believe our fellowship with God was mostly enjoyed by Him … Man’s loss was great but God’s loss was greater… IMHO … Scriptures teach that as sin developed and increased, “God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; For all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.”… Gen 6: 12 … God’s heart was filled with grief,

until God repented or regretted having created man … Note: In Hebrew the act of God ‘repenting’ refers to difficulty in breathing, to sigh, to pant, to groan, to breathe strongly … to be sorry, to grieve … I wonder did you know that God was capable of these emotions? …

Some material from G.C. Olson…a study that is …

Finally & probably very importantly … something we may as humans have not considered enough … God through this earth and all who have lived is “making a family, an eternal family“… if ‘any’ want to be in this family we must accept Him … deep in our hearts, we know what choosing in error will bring us …
