I got together with an old friend not long ago, to have a couple of drinks and discuss the glory days. We were sitting at the bar having a good time talking to people and reliving old memories. As I took the last sip of a draft beer, I couldn’t help but notice that the whole time we had been talking, my friend was rubbing his thumb and forefinger together. I asked him what was up with that. He said that he had found a new therapy, and it was called booger rolling. Apparently, it was a new kind of therapy that he had read about in a men’s journal. He went on to tell me how versatile a booger can be. He said that he can roll it for hours, and though it may lose a little moisture, it holds its consistency. I asked him how his wife felt about his new therapy. He said, “Oh, she loves it.” He went on to tell me that he and his wife will toss previously rolled boogers and try to get them into each other’s open mouths, you know kind of like with popcorn. As I stood up to leave, having heard enough, just as I turned back to look at him, He tossed the booger up in front of his face and he caught it with his open mouth. I said “nice talking to you, I think.”… Frank.
