Clarity is not an issue when you think of Joe Biden’s mental processes and capabilities. He doesn’t need to think clearly. At least according to the “democratic committee” telling him what to do and say. He is a frontman and puppet only. But what the dumb democrats seem to have forgotten is that Joe Biden was elected. The people are gonna judge the administration by “his” words and actions, not necessarily the “wizards of oz” behind the curtain.
