As the first stage of the judgments (9/11) has been followed by no true conversion to Jehovah, the Almighty Judge, there comes a second.
“Understand that if a nation refuses to turn back to God after its first shaking, the first calamity there will be more.”
From an ancient vow in Isaiah: That which God designs … is to turn us to himself and to send us a seeking him; and if this point is not gained by lesser judgments, greater may be expected.
Example: “Some seven years after 9/11 came the shaking of the American and world economy” “The financial collapse.” but there isn’t only one shaking, there will be others greater than the first.
FAST FORWARD TO NOW, and look around, what do you see?
They may take the form of economic disintegration or military defeat, disorder and division, the collapse of infrastructure, man-made calamities, calamities of nature, decline and fall, and in the case of a nation so greatly blessed by God’s favor, the withdrawal of all such blessings. “Sound painful like ” RIGHT NOW “? … Hmmm … So don’t be dull and slow …Troubling, yet great things are on the way. Good does win.
