2 Thessalonians 2:1-4. The Great Apostasy. Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ … and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. Let no one deceive you by any means ( fake news existed, even then) ; for that day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the Temple of God, showing himself that he is God. Paul wrote this scripture to clarify 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17. The clarification speaks of The Day of the Lord not coming until the ‘son of perdition'( Satan) is revealed and stands in the Temple claiming to be God. So we have to ask a question: Is the Temple being Built-in Jerusalem? Not as of yet, so the son of perdition ( Satan) cannot stand in the Temple and claim to be God, therefore the Tribulation has not begun. My main point being that a lot of people refer to the Rapture in 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 and forget to mention 2nd Thessalonians 2: 1- 4. This is very important.
Revelation 13: 1-2 … Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, And on his horns ten crowns, and his head a blasphemous name. Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. Please read the rest of chapter 13, if you like, but understand this, the Church ( the bride of Christ ) will be gone, caught up in the Rapture!
Read Revelation 13: 11-12 ( second beast) and Rev 13:16-17 ( receiving the Mark Of The Beast)… Again the bride of Christ or the church will be gone, caught up and preparing to return as part of Christ’s army to war in the Tribulation period.
We now see the introduction to the One World System, because governments are no longer capable of governing, this opens the door for the acceptance of the Antichrist …
Read 2 Thessalonians 5:12 … Please read about the mystery of lawlessness that has been around since Genesis 3. It will do you good to study for yourself and get involved. What is being discussed here is about the “restrainer.” The Church is taken out of the way, THEN THE ANTICHRIST IS REVEALED.
Context is everything. Covid 19 is not the Mark Of The Beast. Read Revelation 13: 16-18. Don’t get caught up with the “blood moons”, First of all, ‘moons’ is singular, blood ‘moon.’ Be a Berean, Acts 17:10-11.

The Tribulation is a set of events considered to be God’s judgment on both the Satanic host of heaven, and the wicked people here on earth. It is also to prepare Israel to accept Jesus as the Messiah upon His return.
1Thessalonians 5:2-5 For you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say “peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness.
The Great Tribulation is the Day of the Lord. The Great Tribulation is on planet Earth. It’s about the wrath of God for the wicked. The hour of trial. Jacob’s trouble is about Israel.
The day of the Lord has three layers. It is God’s dealing with Satan and his demons. God’s dealing with the nations, and God’s dealing with Israel.

1 Thessalonians 5: 9 … God is not waiting for your approval. Remember, He who has promised is faithful. God cannot lie.
