The bible shows that human beings are not capable of understanding the holiness and the pure power of God. How con mere mortals comprehend ( even vaguely) a God that says “I have always existed”). How can we comprehend a God that can “speak things into existence?“ How can we understand the science behind electromagnetic forces and gravity ( in looking at our solar system?)? How can we fathom the brilliant design of the sun, the depths of the ocean, the changing of the seasons, the view from earth looking up and out to the universe, the miraculous yet fragile human body? In wondering about all of creation, I have only scratched the surface. What about the design of the earth? It appears flat, but is definitely round. No matter where we stand on the earth, we are looking up.
Let’s read a scene out of Daniel 7:9-10 – As I looked, thrones were placed, and the Ancient of Days took his seat; his closing was white as snow, And the hair of his head like pure wool; his throne was fiery flames; its wheels were burning fire. A stream of fire issued and came out from before him; a thousand thousands served him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him; the court sat in judgment, And the books were opened ( vv. 9-10 ESV.
Friends, Haven’t you had enough of the deception destruction and death perpetuated by the fall of man? Don’t you think it’s time that we humans got over our petty little selves? Don’t you want to be part of God’s presence and spend eternity with your creator. Don’t you want to be part of the upcoming millennium, where we will be taught about all things during a one thousand year period. And what is beautiful about this is that this is only the beginning. Death should be viewed as crossing over to a genuine life, the eternal life God intended. Don’t you want to recover what Satan has stolen from you? Don’t you want to spend eternity with a God that loves you? He loves you so much that he gave Son for you in the hope that you would love Him. Is this so difficult? Unfortunately, yes, it is. Satan has been kicked out of heaven and his time is short as evidenced in the world we are currently living, ( Satan is a wannabe God, he hates God and all His creation) These ‘end times’, ( Please understand it is not “the end of the world” as is commonly spoken of ) but the end of an age. God has an unbelievable eternity planned for those who choose Him. I would like to say at this point that hell is not a party. There is no water or air conditioning.
