WHAT A CHILD NEEDS

What a child needs and doesn’t get, he searches for the rest of his life.

SO, tell him / her about God. Teach the child to search the stars on a cool, clear night. Suggest to the child to be still and know that there is a God. Tell the child that God is a gentleman and desires to come alongside and be a friend and to listen for Gods’ still small voice. Make sure the child knows that God is not a vending machine to grant ridiculous requests like a magic genie. Make sure the child knows that God is so much more than a vending machine; that He has the power to speak things into existence. Suggest it is OK to call God ” The living WORD, THE “WORD” BEING ONE OF GODS’ MANY NAMES.

Also that: God, being the Almighty, is loving beyond comprehension. He is so loving as to send His only begotten Son to die on a rugged cross to make things right with ‘God The Father’, and because things have been made right; we have the hope of eternal life with God.

What a child needs, he searches for the rest of his life. Show the child the path he should take by being a living example. Written by Frankie The Earthman.

Your child can avoid a faceless identity crisis by knowing he is made in the ” Image of God.”
