Are you considering salvation? Perhaps the Holy Spirit will touch you even now. When it comes to our salvation, there are two deadlines approaching. ONE IS DEATH. That deadline is final. If you have not received Jesus as your Savior and Lord, by the time you die, it will be too late. There are no second chances. ( These rules are God’s design, not something I or any ‘man’ have made up to scare people.)
REMEMBER: ONLY THE HOLY SPIRIT CAN CONVICT YOU OF YOUR SIN AND NEED FOR SALVATION. [ Ask Him to reveal Himself to you, if you are sincere, He will come to you.] AFTER SALVATION, YOU WILL BE CONVICTED ( ASSURED ) OF YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS “IN CHRIST.” Do you understand this? There are no scales in heaven to measure your good and bad done in your lifetime. There is no ‘earning your salvation.’ Remember the story when Israel was in bondage to the Egyptians, and the last plague sent from God to the Egyptians? Remember the death angel sent to kill the firstborn of every household, accept the ones that had the blood of the slain animal on the door posts of their home? This was symbolic and an example of what takes place when a person dies. God either sees the blood of Christ ‘in an on your life, or He doesn’t.’ This is the only criteria for getting into heaven. I know that that sounds very exclusive, and actually, it is. Please understand that the wedding invitations have been sent out. ( meaning salvation IS “AVAILABLE” TO ALL ), but not all will receive the invitation. The Holy Spirit is a gentleman and will not force Himself upon you. ( This opening section written by Frankie.)
The second deadline is the rapture.
If you have not given your life to Christ by the time Jesus removes His church from the earth you will be left behind. However, while there will be no second chance for the rapture, they’re will be a second chance at salvation. When true Christians are removed from the world, some of those who remain will recall the words that they learned in church as children or that they heard from loved ones about Jesus and His forgiveness. Some of them will recognize the error of the rebellion and repent of their sins. God in His grace and mercy will accept them into his family based on the trust in His Son Jesus Christ. HOWEVER, these new Christians will find themselves in the worst of all physical situations. Not only will they be suffering the violence, deprivation, and disasters of the tribulation, but they will be hunted and executed for their faith. Trust me, you do not want to put off giving your life to Christ now, thinking, “Well, if I miss the rapture, I can just accept Christ during the tribulation.” Remember the fifth seal reveals a crowd of martyrs in heaven. No one becomes a martyr by dying of old age. (A. Tsarfati)
